Vineyard characteristics
Old vineyards elaborated free of sulfites. located in windy and fresh areas, planted in the traditional bush system and dry-farmed. Organic viticulture with manual harvest.
Winemaking
A combination of ageing materials: oak vats (foudres and tinas) together with steel tanks of diferent origins (Spain, France and Italy). TASTING NOTES
Cherry red colour.
Wild berry, redcurrant and blue berries. Rich insesations with aromas of cherrie plum and red fruits.
Round and full-bodied. Long lasting finish.
