Pale, straw-yellow colour with greenish tones. Intense aromas of white flowers and tropical fruits in the nose. Its excellent balance between alcohol and acidity makes it pleasant, elegant, smooth and fresh to the palate.
Pairing: 
Fish and raw seafood, boiled and in sauces. Smoked foods, fresh cheeses, soups and creams.
