Viñas de Miedes Crianza

The arms carry the stems of the year, called shoots when they are herbaceous and CANES when they harden. CANES are mere vehicles of transmission through which the sap circulates that is elaborated to nourish the entire plant.

Variety: 
55% Garnacha, 45% Tempranillo.
Tasting notes: 
The uniqueness of this wine lies in its elegance and complexity. It gets aromas of coffee and licorice after aging in oak for one year and spending one more year in the bottle. It leaves a balanced and persistent aftertaste.
Pairing: 
Read meats (ox, beef), big game (venison, boar, roe-deer). Beef stews, pâtés, foie-gras and cured cheeses.
