Throughout its history, since its founding in 1962, Bodegas San Alejandro has always been an innovative winery in constant modernization.

The effort of investment in the last 10 years has been very significant with the renovation of its elaboration areas, the construction of a third additional building, new warehouses, machinery, etc. and with its commitment to wine tourism creating new spaces for the development of different activities where the visitor can enjoy and learn from the wine world and wine tasting.

The facilities of Bodegas San Alejandro are a reflection of what we have been, what we are, and what we want to be.

Production Areas

Currently, we have several attached buildings with the equipment for transformation, storage, aging and bottling of the wine and where around 4.200.000 kilos of grapes are processed annually which make it possible to produce some 3.000.000 bottles a year.

[abracadabra]Wines elaboration area[/abracadabra] We have several pneumatic presses, automated control of density and temperature, a microoxygenation system, nitrogenation system for saturation of all the piping, 30.000, 50.000 and 100.000 litre stainless steel tanks, 27.000 and 30.000 litre concrete tanks, micro-vinification room with 5.000 and 10.000 litre tanks, 6.000 bot/hour bottling line with the latest systems for inertization and microfiltration, barrel room with a capacity of 3,000 barrels and our own laboratory equipped with all the necessary technology.

All our processes are totally automated but seasoned with the personal touch of the Bodegas San Alejandro team who contribute the essential human side of our wines.
